General objective

This project objective aims for the improvement of the academic management through the construction and implementation of a viable system of proper and up to date training of the universities representatives with different decisional responsibilities in order to make the management activities more efficient in the higher education institutions.

Specific objectives

Development of the IT integrated system and putting it into operation;

The development of human capital in universities, by creating a virtual knowledge and communication platform in order to support future training activities, customised for each decision making university level.
