The event focused on consulting the persons involved in implementing the educational policies and scientific reserach, in order to elaborate the training modules in university management, part of the project „Improving University Management”. This activity encompassed discussions on the following subjects: educational policies, quality management, financial resources management. These discussions concluded through elaborating good practices examples as well as critical incidents in the system of the higher education management, useful in producing relevant case studies as part of the training modules.
