The workshop with the trainers had the goal to finalize the curriculum outlines for each module, as well as the analysis made by all participants concerning the most appropriate methods and learning/teaching techniques, according to the target group, in order to secure appropriate impact of the managerial training program on the future beneficiaries. Also, 5 of the training modules in university management were presented, and as a result of these presentations, the teams responsible for producing the modules received feedback and suggestions. In the same time, in the session, the members of the working teams gathered a better common understanding of the major issues dealt with the training modules.
